The holiday home “Da Susy” is located in Tuscany, in the beautiful medieval village of San Quirico, in the province of Pistoia, at 530 metres above sea level. The house is about a 20-minute drive from the centre of Pescia, the nearest town where you will find all main services such as supermarkets and shops. There are two free parking areas outside the village, in the lower part of town. From the parking areas, you can reach the property on foot in about 5 minutes, walking up a typical mountain village slope. The 90 m² property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and classic moka, kettle, satellite TV with multilingual channels, books, games, and guides for local excursions. A highchair and a cot for children are also available. Pescia is 10 km away. Pets are not allowed, smoking and parties are not permitted. Bed linen changes are available for an extra fee.
